Bill Shanks has a look at what the Braves are on pace for as we sit at the halfway point in the 2011 season.

The Braves are 46-35 on the season. They are on pace for a 92-70 record. Last year they were 48-33 at the halfway point and finished the season 91-71.

Brian McCann is hitting .317 with a .391 on base percentage. He’s on pace for 28 home runs and 92 RBI, with 28 doubles.

Freddie Freeman is hitting .265 with a .333 OBP. He’s on pace for 18 home runs and 64 RBI and 36 doubles.

Dan Uggla is hitting .177 with a .247 OBP. He’s on pace for 24 home runs and 56 RBI and 22 doubles.

Alex Gonzalez is hitting .240 with a .274 OBP. He’s on pace for 14 home runs and 48 RBI and 28 doubles.

Chipper Jones is hitting .252 with a .338 OBP. He’s on pace for 14 home runs and 86 RBI and 40 doubles in 140 games.

Martin Prado is hitting .277 with a .324 OBP. He’s on pace for 16 home runs and 66 RBI and 34 doubles.

Nate McLouth is hitting .234 with a .339 OBP. He’s on pace for 6 home runs and 24 RBI, 22 doubles and 4 stolen bases.

Jason Heyward is hitting .228 with a .324 OBP. He’s on pace for 14 home runs and 36 RBI, with 18 doubles and 8 stolen bases.

Eric Hinske is hitting .250 with a .293 OBP. He’s on pace for 16 home runs and 36 RBI.

Atlanta’s team batting average is .236, 14th best (3rd worst) in the National League and 26th best (5th worst) in the majors. The team OBP is .305, which is 15th best (2nd worst) in the NL and 5th worst in the majors. They are 3rd in the NL with 85 home runs, but last in baseball with only 23 stolen bases.

Tim Hudson has a 3.51 ERA in 16 starts. He’s on pace for a 12-12 record and 200 innings pitched.

Derek Lowe has a 4.33 ERA in 17 starts. He’s on pace for a 6-12 record and 191.1 innings pitched.

Jair Jurrjens has a 2.07 ERA in 14 starts. He’s on pace for a 20-6 record and 191.1 innings pitched.

Tommy Hanson has a 2.62 ERA in 15 starts. He’s on pace for a 18-8 record and 178.1 innings pitched.

Mike Minor has a 4.59 ERA in 6 starts. He’s on pace for a 2-4 record.

Craig Kimbrel has a 2.70 ERA in 41 games. He’s on pace for 44 saves and 126 strikeouts in 82 games.

Jonny Venters has a 1.26 ERA in 45 games. He’s on pace for 6 saves and 104 strikeouts in 90 games.

Eric O’Flaherty has a 1.24 ERA in 39 games. He’s on pace for 78 appearances.

Scott Linebrink has a 3.34 ERA in 37 games. He’s on pace for 74 appearances.

George Sherrill has a 2.61 ERA in 31 games. He’s on pace for 62 appearances.

Atlanta’s team ERA is 3.07, 2nd best (behind the Phillies at 3.01) in the National League and in MLB. The rotation ERA is 3.30, which is 2nd best in the NL and 4th best in the majors. The bullpen ERA is 2.68, the best in baseball. The rotation has 50 quality starts, so they are on pace for 100 quality starts. That is 3rd best in baseball behind Philadelphia (54) and Seattle (51).
