BravesCenter's Bill Shanks talks with Jordan Schafer, an outfielder for the Rome Braves and last year's third round pick by the Braves in the amateur draft.

Last year in the third round of the amateur draft the Braves selected Jordan Schafer, an outfielder out of Winter Haven, Florida. Many teams liked Schafer as a pitcher, but the Braves saw a young hitter in the six-foot-one, 190-pounder. They compared him to Oakland outfieler Mark Kotsay.
