Jo Jo Reyes finally had a full season in the Braves' minor league system. How far away is he from…
Jo Jo Reyes to chat Tuesday night at 9 pm ET
Reyes will follow Braves' Scouting Director Roy Clark, who will start chatting around 7:00 pm ET.
Considered one of the Braves' best prospects, Reyes was drafted by the Braves in the second round of the 2003 draft out of Riverside, California. He missed a full year after having Tommy John surgery in the middle of the 2004 season, and then Reyes tore his ACL in the summer of 2005.
This past season Reyes returned and had a great full season. He started off in Rome, but dominated the South Atlantic League and was promoted to Myrtle Beach. Reyes was 12-5 overall with a 3.51 ERA in 27 starts.
Reyes and fellow lefty Matt Harrison are considered the top two pitching prospects in the Braves' system. Reyes will more than likely be invited to big league camp as a non-roster player.
So join us to chat with Roy Clark Tuesday at 7:00 pm and with Jo Jo Reyes at 9:00 pm ET in The Braves Show's chatroom.
