Here's tonight's schedule around the Braves' farm system.
RICHMOND
The Richmond Braves are at Durham tonight to play the Bulls.
Buddy Carlyle
(4-1, 2.78) will pitch for the Braves, while
Jason Hammel
goes for the Bulls. The Braves have lost two in a row but are 21-9 on the season and in first place in the South Division of the International League, 6.5 games up on the Bulls.
MISSISSIPPI
West Tenn plays in Pearl tonight against Mississippi.
Kelvin Villa
(2-2, 5.74) will go for the Braves, who are 22-12 on the season. The Braves are two games up on Jacksonville in the Southern League's South Division.
Carl Loadenthal
will try to extend a fifteen-game hitting streak tonight. The Braves' outfielder has hit .390 (23-59) in that stretch and he also leads the Southern League with 11 stolen bases.
MYRTLE BEACH
Frederick plays at Coastal Federal Field tonight against the Pelicans. Myrtle Beach sends right-hander
James Parr
(2-3, 3.51) to the mound. The Pelicans are 15-18 on the season and in last place in the Carolina League's Southern Division, 3.5 games back of Kinston.
ROME
Rome closes out the series at home tonight against Asheville.
Deunte Heath
(1-1, 1.85) will go for the Braves, who are 10-23 on the season.
