Smoltz comes close to a no-hitter

You thought it might happen, didn't you? Braves' pitcher John Smoltz flirted with a no-hitter Friday night. The Braves Show's Bill Shanks was there and talks about the very important win over Washington.

After a grueling seventh inning, including an at bat by Nationals' outfielder Austin Kearns that just about ruined him, Braves' starter John Smoltz walked into the dugout and told Braves' Manager Bobby Cox something very definite.
