Gilmartin Not Slowing Down

GWINNETT, GA - Gwinnett Braves pitcher Sean Gilmartin has been turning heads in the Braves organization all season. The 2011 first round draft pick has been making enormous strides on the mound in Double-A Mississippi and now in Triple-A Gwinnett.

The 22-year old left hander from Florida State has posted an impressive 3.20 ERA in his four starts in a Gwinnett uniform entering Wednesday's contest after achieving a 3.54 ERA in Mississippi. The talented lefty has struck out 100 batters in 144.2 innings so far this season, and he is continuing to improve his dominance from the hill.
